Problem : Channels are blurry and there's no sound
I've read troubleshooting guide, contacted the cable provider and said we need channel converters because NTSC/PAL formats are not supported by the TV... They suggested using channel converters.
thing is, if we'd use channel converters, we won't be able to enjoy the TV's full functionality.
Are there any available software upgrades? coz i'm reluctant to use channel converters.
